TShirt Printing Equipment What You Need To Know

TShirt Printing Equipment

Tshirt printing equipment has evolved to such an extent as the rest of the computer generation. There are printing equipment for tshirts which involve a lot of computer graphics and special printing paper you can use with your printer. On the other hand, if you want to do it the traditional way, tshirt printing involves silk screening packages which includes a classic printer, fast flash, and FLC 2024 fluorescence and 20 by 24 frames with a 110t crate.

For those who are interested in learning tshirt printing, you will first need to create a design using an ink jet printer or a laser printer in your personal computer. You can use Illustrator, Photo Shop or Corel Draw and combine your design with thousands of custom made designs that are available for you to use. For this reason, people who do not really have an artistic background will be able to create designs using this method as well.

When you have finalized what design you want to use, you can print out each design color into translucent film or paper, thus creating what is called a ‘film positive.’

Next you need to create a transfer of your film positive on to a screen. Remember that good printing means high quality screens. You will just not be able to create a great tshirt print if you use low quality screens. Make sure to have accurate control of the time of exposure when you use your high quality screen in order to come up with great printed shirts.

Now that the screen has become exposed on the unit of your screen exposure, you must wash the image out with water. This will remove the emulsion of the positive film image which creates a stencil which ink passes through as you print. Once you have successfully printed your shirts, you can recycle the screen by ‘reclaiming’ or removing the emulsified substance. What reclaiming does is that it saves both storage costs and material by recycling the exact screens and using these screens with different designs.

Next you can print your image by aligning the image on the screen with an image copy which has been taped on a shirt board. You then need to clamp the screen securely in place and utilize the micro registration adjusting mechanism for final aligning. Add the ink and the fabric you intend to print on and you will then be able to successfully print on the garments using the mentioned equipment.
